AMT’s TRACKBOT, developed in collaboration with No Men Trackwork, is an advanced intelligent machine designed to ease physical and monotonous tasks on the track. The TRACKBOT improves the safety and efficiency of rail-related work, reducing workers’ exposure to physically demanding work, irregular work schedules and harmful fumes. With a 100% electric powertrain, 24/7 operational capability, rapid deployment and full autonomy, the TRACKBOT is ideal for various track maintenance tasks. It can independently detect rail fastening systems, loosen, tighten and position the fastening plate. Moreover, the TRACKBOT is adaptable for future tasks through integration with other robots, grippers and infeed and outfeed conveyors. The development of the TRACKBOT is the result of cooperation with international customers, Dutch specialists and manufacturers, which guarantees safe, high-quality and constantly evolving solutions.
